Aviation Engineering Program: 20 Students

QUALIFICATIONS

There is no minimum requirement for admission to SWU. However, to obtain an airline pilot program from Bangkok Aviation Center (BAC), passing the physical examination, according to BAC’s regulation, is mandatory.

For TCAS62, this program will open for admission at 3rd-5th rounds of TCAS62, but will not open for 1st and 2nd rounds’.

AVIATION ENGINEERING
The international Bachelor of Engineering Program in Aviation engineering is a collaboration between Srinakarinwirot University (SWU) and Bangkok Aviation Center (BAC) from Bangkok, Thailand. This program is first launched in the academic year of 2018, making it become the few full international undergraduate course on Aviation engineering in Thailand.
The core approach of this state-of-the-art program is multidisciplinary through an integration of Mechanic Engineering and Airplane controlling skills. Students will be trained to possess versatile and up-to-date skills that enable them to succeed in an airline pilot industry.
In the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of the program, students will learn about basics and fundamental of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the Prasanmitr Campus of Srinakarinwirot University. Students will also work to gain proficiency in speaking, writing, and use of English language through classroom activities and discussion.
In the 4th year at BAC, students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves with flight simulation and real experiences with the airplane piloting.
Upon graduation, students will obtain degrees of both B.Eng in Aviation engineering from Srinakarinwirot University, and pilot license from BAC, allowing graduates to advance their career internationally.
